Novo Nordisk Romania affiliate is looking for two Regional Medical Advisors Diabetes in Bucharest.

This role will offer exciting opportunities to work in the field, for the Diabetes medical team bringing new ideas and being part of a great team, in a flexible and collaborative work environment. You are focused on being one team and have an “all hands-on deck mentality” self-confident, able to influence and be credible to different stakeholders, with an effective communication with a Proactive self-starter approach.

The position

You will be responsible to provide medical and scientific support and information to internal and external customers. You will liaise with Key Opinion Leaders and Healthcare professionals regarding Novo Nordisk products and strategy, represent Novo Nordisk Way in the daily conduct with the external/internal customers. This role directly reports to Front Line Medical Manager and the geographical scope of the role is Romania with the main location in Bucharest for the South and South-East regions.

Your Main Accountabilities will be:

-Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, support medical education activities and KOL engagement, according to business medical strategy. Provide therapeutic area/indication training for the project clinical team as required,
-Provide medical and scientific support and information to external customers, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders. Leadership of the strategy and implementation of the Scientific Leaders Plan
-Develop and deliver presentations at local meetings, symposia and external conferences, organize Medical events.
-Provide medical guidance and scientific support/education to internal stakeholders. Adds therapeutic area expertise to the medical team, and transfers knowledge within the organisation and externally.
-Provide local reports.
 

Qualifications

-Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Medic, Pharmacist, Biochemist) or PHD
-You have at least 2 years of relevant experience
-You are fluent in Romanian and English both written and spoken.

-Focused on being one team and have an “all hands-on deck mentality”.
-Self-confident, able to influence and be credible to different stakeholders, with an effective communication.
-Proactive with a self-starter approach
