 is recruiting a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our growing Outdoor Wireless Network (OWN) marketing team! This role reports into the Global Marketing Director for our OWN business and will be based in either Faenza or Agrate facilities with the potential for hybrid or remote working.

The Regional Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the orchestration of regional campaigns and programs designed to build reputation and generate demand for CommScope based on a clear understanding of local business objectives, market segment dynamics, buyer needs and seller requirements. This role requires a team player who can inspire others to unite behind a clear direction and vision.

You will be an imaginative thinker who can translate business strategy and objectives into creative marketing plans, campaigns and programmes that deliver measurable results.

You Will Make An Impact By:

-Supporting overall marketing team goals and programs, applying omni channel marketing best practices.
-Defining, implementing and executing region-specific marketing plan (including regional campaigns, customer facing initiatives, events, etc)
-Creating region-specific content supported by Portfolio marketing.
-Providing executive summaries, analysis and reports of regional marketing activity.
-Supporting the marketing director in defining the regional budget; keeps track and monitors the spend regularly in course of the year.
-Ensuring regional database management
-Primary marketing interface with Sales and Channel partner, ensuring regular updates and sales enablement support.
 

Required Qualifications For Consideration:

-Batchelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
-3+ years minimum in marketing with experience of management of omni-channel marketing campaigns, preferably within a business-to-business (B2B) technology environment.
-Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
-Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and lead projects.
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Willingness to travel as required.
