  • Working with Regional Functional Leads/Subject Matter Experts (SME) support and deliver programs, policies and processes across the region
  • Ensure consistent reporting and coordination regionally and to the global team
  • Support the EMEA Account Executive to drive and achieve goals and objectives including P&L, risk, compliance, EHS, engineering, energy targets, space planning and the account SLAs & KPIs for the account
  • Coordination with global functional leads to ensure the delivery of account objectives
  • Work directly with country/cluster leads and be a contact point for any account related issues and provide support in issue resolution.
  • Be the delegate for the EMEA Account Executive.

Business Strategy

  • Work with the EMEA Account Executive in defining the regional account strategy
  • Work with global and region in defining the goals and objectives for the Regional Functional Leads
  • Represent IFM – HP in internal and external networking forums and client functions

Financial Management / Cost Control / Profitability

  • Working with EMEA Account Executive drive the Operational review process and facilitate the provision of accurate financial and commercial management information as required on a monthly basis.
  • In conjunction with Finance Lead, support the preparation of accurate budgets and forecasts
  • Manage and control the account P&L with the Finance Lead to achieve the business financial objectives.

Client/Stakeholder Management

  • Develop strong relationships with key personnel in the HP organization
  • Develop strong IFM and industry relationships
  • Ensure close contact is established with client organizations to remain abreast of current strategy, thinking, policies and procedures

Resource Management

  • Work with Human Resources team on recruitment and selection strategies
  • Work with EMEA Account Executive and regional SMEs in defining and driving the performance management of staff
  • Work with Human Resources team to develop region specific training and skills development programs and ensure the regional training targets are met
  • Ensure succession plans are in place for key personnel in the regional team and coordinate same for all client service delivery staff through the management team

Senior Management Team Responsibilities

  • Active participation or representation in all in-Country IFM management meetings
  • To identify issues and assess problems using a logical and rational approach and develop options and strategies to resolve
  • Organize regular operational meeting to ensure the SMEs and hub/country leads are aligned
  • Organize regular forums for networking and engagement for senior regional management
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior account leadership role responsible for complex account structure running teams across multiple countries and/or multiple teams (ideally large country or small cross-country account experience, looking for next level of responsibility with a large, complex account)
  • Strong general management experience – minimum of 15 years in the business and operations, preferably experience in Property and/or Facilities Management
  • Six Sigma & process re-engineering experience preferred
  • Proven track record in generating growth through business development
  • Qualifications in Engineering or relevant field preferred
