For our client, a company reimagining modern hospitality we are looking for a Regional Director of Sales , who will shape and execute multi-property revenue strategies to drive consistent growth in Amsterdam and The Hague. The role is to own, lead, and exceed ambitious B2B revenue targets by blending strategic account management with proactive business development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement cross-market sales strategies to meet or surpass revenue goals, ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives.
* Take full ownership of revenue generation, balancing client retention with new business acquisition to expand market share.
* Identify, engage, and secure high-value corporate clients, including Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Serviced Apartment Agencies, consortia, and B2B intermediaries, to fuel incremental growth.
* Drive strategic positioning and targeted sales efforts to strengthen the brand’s presence in both cities.
* Develop and maintain structured account plans to maximize revenue from key corporate, group, M&E, and extended-stay segments.
* Serve as the commercial leader for the region, ensuring seamless collaboration with Key Accounts, Groups & MICE, and the wider Commercial Team.
* Optimize CRM and sales databases to maintain a high-quality pipeline, accurate forecasting, and actionable market insights.
* Deliver data-driven reports on sales performance, pipeline progression, and market trends.
* Represent the properties at industry events, client meetings, FAM trips, and trade shows to build brand visibility.
* Uphold consistent sales standards, processes, and best practices across both locations.

Key requirements:

* Commercial instinct with a track record of driving multi-property success in competitive markets.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
* Strategic thinking and the agility to manage multiple priorities across diverse markets.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close high-value deals.
* Clear, compelling communication in presentations, client interactions, and internal collaboration.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting platforms.

* 4-6+ years in hospitality sales, preferably in European or international markets, with experience managing A‚¬3M+ in annual revenue.
* Proven success in exceeding targets within multi-property or regional roles.
* Deep expertise in strategic account management and new business development.
* In-depth knowledge of the Dutch market , with an existing network in Amsterdam and/or The Hague being a strong advantage.
* Strong understanding of corporate travel and serviced apartment sectors.
