Reporting to the Customer Excellence Director, you will plays a key role in optimizing HM.CLAUSE’s sales strategies and business models. You will continuously assess and optimize go-to-market initiatives to maximize return on investment (ROI) and profitable growth.Vos MissionsIf you want to join an international group based on human values the position of Commercial Excellence Manager is for you.
Your main tasks will involve :Commercial Strategy and operations

  • Conduct market research studies to benchmark business trends, sales effectiveness, customer business trends.
  • Evaluates current go-to-market strategies, business models and suggest new tactics.
  • Contributes to sales and marketing strategic decisions and plays a critical role in designing and monitoring commercial approach.
  • Establishes a commercial operating methodology that enables the Region to manage the commercial activities, sales funnel, sales numbers, with rigor and predictability.
  • Translates strategic objectives into operational plans.
  • Monitors and steers sales campaigns based on ROI.
  • Drives continuous improvement in the commercial (sales and operations) processes.
  • Identifies and supports the roll-out of tools related to: Sales activities as Account planning, Analytics tools (margin management, CRM, etc).
  • Leads global commercial excellence initiatives in the Region.
  • Sets together with the Customer Excellence Director and the Regional VP, KPIs linked with performance and continuous sales improvements.
  • Assesses regional performance, identifies performance gaps and drivers, develops action plans and deploys resources as needed; can perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by the Region.
  • Works within the Region and with other Business Units to drive alignment, execution, accountability and results.

Team Management and Development

  • Coaches team members to deliver high performance and promote a ROI mindset.
  • Manages the Regional Marketing Communication Manager and its associated teams.
  • Oversees Marcom strategic campaigns in alignment with the commercial efficiency objectives.
  • Creates a culture of entrepreneurship and results.
  • Fosters best practice and knowledge sharing across Sales Areas/Regions.
  • Develops managerial processes, meetings, and forums to steer the team and ensure regional coordination, governance, and execution.
  • Hires, onboards, and develops team members, fostering a culture of profitable growth.

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales. MBA is a plus, with 10 years of experience in Business (Sales & Marketing).
  • Ability to prove a track record of commercial transformations with clear outcomes and financial results
  • You are known for your customer centricity, you focus on the customer and enhancing their overall experience
  • You are problem-solving, you can find innovative solutions and address challenges proactively
  • You’re good at making decisions, you’re act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
  • You are adaptable and flexible to thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You’re comfortable to work in an international and cross-cultural environment.
