Regional Account Manager – Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery

We are currently seeking a regional account manager to join our client’s team, focusing on advanced surgeries in hospitals in the Netherlands and Flanders region. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in hospitals, promoting our advanced surgical products and services, and driving sales growth in the region.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in hospitals throughout the region
* Promote our advanced surgical products and services to hospitals and healthcare professionals
* Provide training and support to hospital staff on the use and maintenance of our products
* Drive sales growth in the region through effective account management and business development strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and provide feedback to internal teams on product development and marketing strategies
* Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network with key decision makers and stay informed on the latest developments in advanced surgical technology.

Requirements:

* Proven track record of success in sales and account management in the healthcare industry, with a focus on surgical technology
* Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly as it relates to surgical procedures and products
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision makers in hospitals
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive sales growth in a competitive market
* Fluent in Dutch and English,
* Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands and Flanders region as needed.
