• title/degree: PhD (doctoral degree in the discipline of environmental engineering, mining and energy and/or a related discipline: chemical engineering);
• academic achievements (e.g. scientific publications, patents, participation

in projects) and/or professional practice in the above-mentioned scientific disciplines; * readiness for scientific development;

• professional competence to conduct classes in the field: biofuels and alternative fuels, chemistry, environmental chemistry, waste management, low carbon combustion systems, energy use of waste and bio-waste;
• availability in the area of organizational work;
• conducting classes in Polish;
• candidate’s declaration that Akademia im. Jakuba z Paradyża (Jacob of Paradies University) in Gorzów Wielkopolski will be their primary workplace.
