• Stakeholder Management: Identify, engage, and collaborate with key stakeholders to align recruitment with organizational goals and build recruitment strategy; represent TA at various company levels (division, function, the Board).
• Support for Recruiters: Develop competencies and provide advisory assistance in challenging recruitment situations.
• Policy Adaptation: Customize policies, standards, and recruitment tools for the local market.
• Monitoring Activities: Report and analyze recruitment efforts for effectiveness.
• Market Analysis: Implement best HR practices in recruitment and share knowledge.
• Budget Management: Plan and account for the budget related to job postings and recruitment services.
• Participation in Events: Actively engage in job fairs and industry events to attract talent.

• Collaboration with HR: Work closely with the local HR team to support service delivery and recruitment strategy

votre profil

• At least 6 years of proven experience in recruitment.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent relationship management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry trends and labor market dynamics.
