Founded in 2014 within the Engie Group, Syngenia has acquired a strong experience in engineering consultancy and becomes a real challenger on this market.
Our mission is to find consultants for all functions related to the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of our customers’ industrial projects. Syngenia is composed of 150 dedicated employees.
As part of our growth strategy, we are in the process of opening a new office in Antwerp.Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned projects, ensuring timely placements.
- Engage with key stakeholders (clients, candidates) in the energy and engineering sectors to expand your network and achieve commercial goals.
- Build long-term client relationships to become their preferred recruitment partner.
- Collaborate with the Chief HR, QHSSE & E&C Officer to support consultants in their career development.
- Use recruitment tools (databases, job boards, social media) to enhance sourcing capabilities and grow your network.
- Proactively develop technical expertise to serve as a key contact for clients.
- Contribute to corporate communication through various platforms and events (articles, job fairs, networking).
- Analyze processes and suggest improvements where needed.
Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master’s degree with an affinity for the human resources
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with additional experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Headhunter being an asset.
- Proactive and able to take initiative to meet deadlines, Result-oriented with strong teamwork abilities.
- Flexible, with an analytical mindset, capable of evaluating both candidates and recruitment processes.
- Highly customer-oriented with excellent networking skills.
- Able to work autonomously and negotiate at various levels.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (verbal and written), French is a plus.
