Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment and Training Lead to lead our efforts in attracting top talent and enhancing employee skills through well-designed training programs.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, collaborating with managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Write and publish job postings to attract potential candidates.
  • Source, pre-screen, and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role.
  • Coordinate the selection process, organizing interviews, and evaluating candidates.
  • Oversee the integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Analyze training needs in consultation with managers to identify areas for development.
  • Design, organize, and implement training programs that align with business needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers to ensure high-quality training.
  • Develop and implement career development plans for employees to enhance their skills.
  • Monitor employee progress and recommend additional training or development actions.
  • Facilitate opportunities for personal and professional growth within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and training databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment and training activities for senior management.
  • Ensure that all recruitment and training processes comply with relevant legislation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Native or bilingual level in French and Dutch.
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and/or training.
  • Proficiency in recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of training methods and tools.
  • Project management skills, particularly in analyzing training needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Initiative and proactivity in managing responsibilities.
  • Proficient in using HR software and general IT tools.
