QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar back office or recruitment environment, managing high volumes of administrative activity against tight deadlines.

  • Examples of excellent organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced aenvironment.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build positive relationships across a wide range of people.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In addition, experience with Adobe-sign, database management systems, and online applicant tracking systems is beneficial.

  • Ability to be self-motivated, act independently but follow processes closely is key.

  • An eye for creativity to make processes more efficient is desirable.
