Come and join our exceptional Talent Acquisition team in Western Europe! Our manager is based in Denmark, and you’ll have colleagues in Hungary, the UK, and Denmark. In this role, you’ll act as the Single Point Of Contact for all recruitments in the Benelux region, as well as additional recruitments in the Nordics and the UK.
What is the job about?
Your main responsibility will be to thoroughly understand the job market in the Benelux region and develop a recruitment plan that ensures a streamlined hiring process. This will involve building talent pipelines and identifying excellent collaboration opportunities with agencies, job fairs, and schools, among others.
In addition to focusing on the local Benelux market, you will also have the opportunity to explore different countries across the globe, each with its own unique recruitment approach.
Your main responsibilities:
You will be a trusted advisor and collaborate with for Hiring Managers to understand and translate business needs into recruitment plans and strategies – ensuring high quality and value adding activities in all recruitments.

Conduct Recruitment Planning Meetings to agree suitable strategy and set clear expectations on time frames etc.

Where required, maintain, and establish vendor relationships negotiating best rates.

Seek out and engage potential candidates using diverse platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Prepare attractive Job Advertisements that align to Global guidelines.

Screen candidates against required skills and company identified competencies via a range of methods i.e application questions/ phone interviews.

Full utilization of the Success Factors Recruitment system.

Manage stakeholder expectations through timely communication to Hiring Managers and Candidates.

Provide final shortlist of candidates to Hiring Managers in a timely manner and schedule interviews accordingly.

Administer and interpret SHL Assessments as required.

Partner closely with the Compensation and Benefits Management Team to adhere to global C&B policy.
Moreover, you will discover and run local Employer Branding activities to enhance the awareness of Grundfos as a purpose-driven workplace.
Your background:
-
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience recruiting within an agency or a corporate environment.

Fluent, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.

Experience and ability in independently driving recruitment processes.

Relevant understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations when applicable for the recruitment and HR area.

Ability to build trust and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Creative approach and experience sourcing using a range of techniques- LinkedIn Recruiter experience desirable.

Ability to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity.

Confidence to encourage Hiring Managers to ‘think outside the box’.
