Responsibilities:
– Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts for a company with over 5000 employees

Requirements:
– Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
– Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
– Prior work experience in the energy sector is advantageous
– Previous work experience in large corporations (over 5000 employees)
– Fluent in Dutch and English languages
