Change Grow Live

Are you Bold enough to believe you can make a difference?

Do you have the Compassion to support people to change their lives and achieve their goals?

Are you Open to joining an organisation that believes its staff, volunteers and service users can do brilliant life changing work?

If the answer is YES then we’d love to hear from you!

As a Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be in their recovery.

In this role you’ll be working as part our newly formed integrated Non-Opiate team, supporting individuals to achieve recovery from dependence upon a range of non-opiate substances including, amongst others, cannabis, amphetamine, benzodiazepines, cocaine, ecstasy and the range of novel psycho active substances.

No two days are the same and no two service users are the same; we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, adaptable, curious and a good listener are key.

You will excel at partnership and multi-disciplinary work; liaison with a range of external agencies including probation, secondary mental health, social services and the local council will be essential in delivering the very best evidence based, person centred, treatment and care to all individuals accessing our service.

You’ll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you’ll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, including many with experience of multiple disadvantage and trauma and making a difference to their lives.

Our values are to be compassionate, open and bold. If this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you so click apply!

This is what one of the people who accessed our service had to say-:

‘Everything was amazing. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for Renew, the groups, Ryan and Becky. The structure of the good is great, amazing support from peers and key workers, and always left every session feeling a lot more positive and learning something new.

‘CGl staff couldn’t have supported me anymore. They have given me the best support I could have asked for.

You have shown me the light to a brighter future and cant thank you all enough. Renew has saved me.’
