As a recovery worker with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

CGL are recruiting a part-time Recovery Worker to participate in the on-going development and delivery of the Pathways to Recovery service within HMP Wandsworth. Our focus is to facilitate recovery, reinforce hope and support lifestyle change.

The successful candidate will join a talented team and be committed to taking a positive, holistic and empowering approach to service delivery. They will work with service users to initiate recovery from drug and/or alcohol dependence, to enable service users to build their own recovery capital and to support them to move into long term sustained recovery and social (re)integration. You will need to demonstrate a strong recovery focus and have knowledge of a range of psychosocial interventions.
