Responsibilities:Role ProfileBased in our new Milan Student Accomodation, the Receptionist is a key role for the success of our residences. You’ll be part of the exciting opening of a brand new aparto Student Housing. Just as important: you are responsible for every aspect of the aparto guest stay during your shift.You operate mainly in the reception area where you are open and available with a friendly smile to meet all the needs of students and the questions of new potential guests. This goes way beyond old school reception duties: you and your team members are the aparto’s super-skilled hosts and responsible for the entire aparto guest experience.General reception and administration dutiesMake sure Health & Safety requirements are meet on siteAnswering incoming calls and following-up potential salesUndertaking viewings of the show flatAssisting in writing reports and analysis dataLiaising with head office to confirm number of viewings and bookingsForwarding application forms to interested studentsProviding potential students with useful information on the local areaDaily update of the site Social Medias (Face book- Twitter- Instagram)Able to create, organize and manage events on site during the academic year Qualifications:Person SpecificationTrustworthy and reliableAble to work in shiftKnowledgeable of issues affecting studentsAble to work on own initiative or as part of a team
Self-motivated with good communication skillsCustomer-focused and computer literateKnowledgeable of issues affecting students and able to communicate with young guestsGood sales skillsSensitive to and understand students’needsAble to organise and meet deadlines and targetsGood knowledge in using social mediasOutgoing with a good sense of humour and the ability to apply common sense * Previous hospitality / student housing experience in Italy Milano
