As a Reception/Breakfast Team Member, you will take care of our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure, ensuring they enjoy a truly memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:

• Greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, respond to requests, and settle accounts while delivering exceptional service
• Handle breakfast service, ensuring high standards of hospitality and presentation
• Take initiative to add a personalised touch to each guest’s stay
• Proudly promote hotel services and facilities, and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling

Your experience and skills include:

• Strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset
• Guest-oriented with a passion for service
• Well-organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• A strong sense of ethics and professionalism, leading by example
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential — we provide full training
