That’s why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.Your role: You are responsible for the real estate portfolio and strategy of several EMEA countries in alignment with business requirements and our corporate real estate standards. This includes developing and implementing space and utilization concepts, particularly for office sites, with a focus on optimizing real estate costs. Furthermore, you are responsible for lease and transaction management in your countries, including the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings. You are leading and independently executing approximately 15 to 20 international real estate projects per year, with project spending up to high two-digit million EUR amounts. Additionally, you are supporting the CapEx planning and forecasting. You are developing and aligning project strategies (e.g., “stay vs. move”, “buy vs. lease”, “space optimization”) with local and regional management/controlling. You are also compiling decision papers for executives as well as for investment committees and ensuring and coordinating interaction with other stakeholders and process partners such as EHS, IT, or Branding. Finally, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to your area of responsibility.Who you are:
- You have a University master’s/degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, or business administration.
- You have a minimum of 5-8 years of corporate real estate management experience.
- You have extensive knowledge of real estate markets.
- You possess experience in project management skills.
- You have international business experience.
- You have a strategic, structured, and result-oriented approach with a strong team focus and a high degree of self-motivation.
- You are proficient in English.
