This role is key for managing all the portfolio databases under his/her scope. The main part of a daily routine will consist of managing real estate transactions, and different kinds of projects worldwide.We expect from you familiarity with lease agreements and technical background to be able to manage a full project within a tight timing and budget. We need from you to meet the deadlines to minimize the impact to the company, to identify potential risks early and to manage time efficiently, focusing on what will make a difference.
