The position

As our real estate project manager with focus supporting real estate transactions globally, you will:

-Be the main responsible person for the operationalisation and further development of the setup for providing real estate support to our global sales affiliates.
-Manage and oversee selected global lease projects of strategic importance as advisor and centre of excellence.
-Own and maintain the contract(s) with our global brokerage service partners.
-Review and support our global affiliates with developing business cases for lease transactions.
-Maintain and enforce the governance for real estate transactions globally.
-Establish and maintain an overview of the impact provided to our global sales affiliates.
In this role, you will gain a broad insight into Novo Nordisk and the business processes associated with corporate real estate on a global level. You will have direct impact on decisions and will be able to see actual results of your work. When needed, you will also support and drive real estate transactions in the DK real estate portfolio on ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

-Relevant academic degree within business administration, finance, legal, or another relevant field with excellent results.
-2-4 years of experience with corporate real estate, project management, management consultancy, or similar.
-Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and execute projects.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Fluency in English and demonstrating excellent writing and presentation skills; Proficiency in Danish is preferred, though not a pre-requisite.

The Real Estate team is part of Corporate Facilities at Novo Nordisk.
