Clifford Chance is a place where the brightest minds and the best of colleagues meet.Job DescriptionThe RoleClifford Chance is currently looking for a lawyer specialised in real estate with two to four years of experience.Who you will work withWith an integrated network of leading individuals, we have the commitment, resources, and know-how to get our clients’ deals done, whatever and wherever they are.Forward thinking and commercial in our approach, with a recognized ability to deliver complex deals, we handle the entire property ‘life-cycle’ from the initial acquisition, development, leasing, joint venturing, and financing through to the final exit.Our scale, geographical reach and seamless, coordinated approach means that we can support any real estate project.What you will be responsible forYou will assist clients with the real estate law aspects of their properties, projects and transactions. You will be part of a strong team. You will contribute actively when we advise our clients and will have benefit of supervision and training by experienced lawyers.QualificationsYour experienceYou have successfully obtained a Belgian Master’s degree in law. You are fluent in French, Dutch and English and have two to four years of experience as a commercial or corporate real estate lawyer. Your legal, entrepreneurial and communication skills are impeccable, and you enjoy a job well done.Candidates should have an excellent academic record, the drive to convince, and the energy and analytical skills necessary to master complex matters.Our vacancy is open to lawyers with two to four years of experience.Please note that applicants should upload following documents:
