Reach Lead

We are looking for someone to lead Lee Abbey Devon’s external engagement, including mission, marketing, and partnerships. Working closely with the Head of Personnel, Digital Storyteller and Communications Coordinator, you will oversee recruitment communications, foster strategic partnerships, and strengthen engagement with alumni, supporters, and future collaborators.

This role offers the opportunity to grow our community, inviting members from diverse UK and international backgrounds, while supporting the development of our programmes and guest experience. You will play a key role in sharing Lee Abbey’s story, vision, and ministry, helping to shape our impact for the next season as we approach our 80th anniversary.

A key focus of this role is to strengthen our recruitment and build community numbers. The role also includes developing our website and social media presence to attract a younger audience.

As part of the community, you will take an active role in the worship, creative and serving aspects of our life in community and welcoming our guests to Lee Abbey.

This is a full-time residential role with accommodation and full board provided alongside an allowance and pension.
