Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.The Concept Designer for Radiometer is responsible for transform user needs into tangible and executable system concepts as part of Acute Care Diagnostics (ACDx) Product Systems i.e. concepts within Blood gas, Immunoassay or Transcutaneous monitoring.This position is part of the R&D Product Systems organization located in Brønshøj, Denmark and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.You will be a part of the Systems Concept team and report to the R&D Senior Manager, Concept Systems responsible for Concept definition, UX Desing & Usability Engineering. If you thrive in a multifunctional and creative role and want to work to build a world-class R&D Product Systems organization—read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Establish and be responsible for Product Systems Concept Design processCoordinate and facilitate Concept of Operations, from idea to conclusionVisualize and build early-stage mock-up and prototypesCollaborate cross-functionally within and outside R&DExecute/Participate in user research and Usability tests to understand user needsThe essential requirements of the job include:Master, Bachelor within Engineering, Interaction/Product design or similar+5 years of experience with product development and conceptualization, preferably Medical DevicesSolid experience with conceptualization tools e.g. Adobe Creative cloud, Figma, Miro or similarExperience working with technical concepts and designsFluent in English, written and verbalAbility to travel when needed ~ 5-10% is expectedIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Solid collaboration, communication, and facilitation skillsBring a curious and solution oriented mindsetAre able to move insights or problems to solutionsApplicationWe continuously assess candidates and invite them for interviews, so please don’t hesitate to write and send in the application.
