We serve more than thousands of consumers each week in over 25 countries with several no1 positions in our product categories.Change the way we look at consumer health today: the jobAs R&D Project Manager OTC, you’ll be the linchpin of new product development. Your goal? Growing our current product portfolio by having a direct impact on the development of new products. You’ll be responsible for the whole process: from the initial idea to the first commercial delivery into the market. In addition, you’ll coordinate and assess development third party actions, including formulators, manufacturers and laboratories.Successfully growing our existing product portfolio includes:Identification of new product development opportunities;Development and testing of the product via contract formulators and laboratories;Scaling up production and transfer to contract manufacturer;Building the technical file for product registration at competent authorities;Training sales and marketing for successful commercial launch;Working closely with the Managing Director to set priorities in product development;Ensuring excellent communication and alignment with your colleagues of Sales, Supply Chain and Regulatory.Can you transform something good into something great?You know you can make a big difference by going the extra mile. Our ideal R&D Project Manager:Holds a master’s degree in general life sciences, such as pharmacy, biochemistry or biomedical sciences;Has 4-7 years’ experience in developing consumer (health) care products or cosmetics in a small/medium-sized company;Knows projects management;Sets up testing methods and protocols;Is able to write scientific parts of product technical files for registration of new products;Has basic knowledge of physiochemical properties of general OTC galenic forms, analytical chemistry, regulatory frameworks and epidemiology.Your journey at SerrixWe have expanded our horizons and evolved our goals.
