Responsibilities:
– Mentor and oversee less experienced engineers or technicians within the team to foster their growth and development.
– Support supplier and technical transfer projects to ensure seamless transitions and collaborations.
– Engage in product management activities such as design, validation, and prototyping to contribute to the development of high-quality devices.

Requirements:
– 6 years of experience as an engineer within R&D in the medical devices sector.
– Proficiency in product management activities and a strong understanding of materials.
– Availability to work from Galway, Ireland, to be directly involved in the company’s R&D operations.
