You will become a part of the QC Raw Materials Department that today consists of 35 employees. QC RM is a dynamic department responsible for the readiness of all raw materials (RM) for production, at the manufacturing site in Hillerød. In the future the sampling operation will move to a new facility in Hedehusene, and we as a team will of course move as well, the date is set for around summer 2025, so be prepared for this.The department consists of four teams handling sampling, testing, release, and tech. transfer of raw materials for our current drug substance manufacturing and future Drug Product Filling Facility.You will be working in the QC Sample team, a small team that of now consist of four employees and a manager, but the team is still growing.Your primary tasks will be but not limited to:

• Sampling and inspecting raw materials in classified areas according to specifications
• Logging samples in LIMS and documenting compliance in SAP
• Expiry setting and checking quality information from our vendors on materials received
• Ensuring samples are distributed to internal and external testing facilities
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement activities internally in the department, QC and across

Professional and Personal QualificationsThe ideal candidate has experience from a similar position with an interest and knowledge of GMP, working in classified areas and quality systems.But most importantly we are looking for a person who has the right can-do-attitude and energy and understands the requirements in the raw material team with a collaborative mindset. Someone who has the focus and is detail oriented, is experienced in using IT systems to perform tasks and is an excellent communicator. Someone who can handle a busy environment with many changing priorities without losing your good mood and overview.
