The Position
As a Ramp-up Partner in the Global Travel Team you will join a newly established unit that is part of the exciting new Fill Finish Project Management & Engineering (FPME) Ramp-up Center of Excellence. Our focus is creating optimal production starts for new Assembly & Packaging lines across our global manufacturing sites. 
As we need to be close partners with our manufacturing sites this position includes physical presence at our global NN sites to help the local management and project teams ramp-up the incoming lines for production. This entails 50% travel time divided into periods of 2-3 months where you will be travelling together in groups of 3 from the travel team.  

 Your responsibility will include: 

-Representing the FPM Engineering organization on site by making sure that the Ramp-up standard is known by relevant site personnel.
-Being the facilitating link between site and your group of ramp-up experts.
-Detailed planning of each day, who from site should attend, duration, what topic, how to test, preparation of slides.
-Participating and facilitating in workshops and standing side-by-side with the production personnel on the line.
-Working with the site on Project management, Ramp-up governance structure, Recruitment strategy, Training structure & competency build-up, Risk Assessment models, Value Stream Mapping, Material flow optimization, etc.
-Perform Ramp-up touchpoint assessments.
-Sharing learnings and achievements with the rest of the organization.
 

As this is a new position the tasks will be shaped as we gain learnings, which requires a high level of flexibility for everyone involved. In return, you are part of shaping your own job and will be at the forefront line of ensuring that we can deliver to market timely, with the possibility to build up a strong network across the organization.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have the following qualifications:

-Preferably a MSc or equivalent within engineering, pharmacy, or similar field.
-You have experience from a global cross functional role.
-Experience within GxP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
-Professional proficiency in English.
-Experience with LEAN way of working.
 

As a person you have proven track records in the following: 

-Diplomacy
-Inspiring facilitator that easily get follow-ship.  
-Ability to juggle many obstacles at the same time.
 

Additionally, we are looking for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment and enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders in a global setting. Our ideal candidate can work independently but also enjoys building and managing long lasting relationships across the network. It would be beneficial if you have worked in a global project before as a team member. 

About the Department
FPM Engineering is part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) with a team of around 50 colleagues working together to support and optimize processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices.  In FPM Engineering, we are committed to bringing value to our patients. We do so by supporting all sites with process standardization, ramp-up excellence and technological leadership enabling Novo Nordisk to serve significantly more patients in need of our products.
