You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and solution-focused teammates.You’ll ensure that our transport solutions are designed for optimal reliability, maintainability, and availability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Design, Operations, and Sourcing), lead RAM assurance activities, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of defining RAM strategies, managing RAM deliverables, and making design recommendations based on RAM studies, but also driving activities with subcontractors and suppliers.We’ll look to you for:Leading and coordinating RAM activities throughout project lifecyclesDefining and managing RAM approaches, budgets, and planningProducing key RAM documentation and reportsConducting detailed RAM analyses, including FMEA and reliability modellingRecommending design improvements and verifying system architectureSupporting teams in integrating products/systems into projectsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
