Not only tasks and goals, but singular people and stories that mix, adding their own color to an iconic Brand: Lamborghini.About the jobAre you eager to take a new opportunity?Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?We are looking for a Racing car events to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically reports to Head of Motorsport and functionally reporting to Coordination of Racing Events.You will be responsible for supporting the realization of the “one make series trophy” and the racing events, ensuring the correct conduct of the event in compliance with company procedures. You will be responsible to ensure that all suppliers chosen are compliant to guarantee the correct experience to event participants.

Your responsibilities will focus on:

• Drafting of technical and sporting regulations for “Super Trofeo racing events” (shared and approved by FIA/ACI Sport/IMSA).
• Drafting sporting bulletins.
• Calendar/Timetable of racing events definition (worldwide) through the final approval of FIA
• Cheking with FIA for pilots categorization.
• “Track days” organization (Essenza & LMDH) and relative customer experience definition.
• Suggestions of possible location for events and races in accordance with the model of cars and the attendees.
• Operative coordination of Super Trofeo Events: contacts with suppliers, contacts with promoter, paddock layout, guest management, travel operation, organization of tasks of instructors and agenda details of events.
• Check documentation and “Sporting Check”.
• Procurement racing materials/uniform/accessories.
• Sporting & Technical Pannel staff relation.
• Logistic organization for racing staff involved.

About you

• Marketing, Languages & Humanistic University degree
• Expertise in International events organization & Marketing for more than 5 years and Motorsport events
• Knowledge of Motorsport regulation, Marketing and Motorsport Secretary of the meeting & Sporting Scrutineering qualification (mandatory)
