Responsibilities – What Will You Be in Charge of?
Your role as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities:
* Handling customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and clarity
* Providing valuable support to customer service during tender processes
* Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams for successful product launches
* Diligently reviewing promotional materials in both French and Dutch languages
* Maintaining and updating crucial regulatory documents and internal databases
* Staying vigilant to monitor regulatory changes specific to the Benelux region
* Active participation in trade association meetings and internal discussions
* Engaging with the EU Regulatory Affairs team and project groups
Requirements – What Do You Bring to the Table?
To excel in this role, you’ll bring along the following qualifications and attributes:
* A Master’s degree in sciences, pharmacy, or an equivalent field
* A proven track record of at least 2-3 years in regulatory affairs, preferably within medical devices or in vitro diagnostics (open to pharma, cosmetics, biocides, food supplements…)
* Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in Dutch and English (knowledge of French is an asset)
