Our client is a dynamic and growing consultancy located in Belgium, providing services in the pharmaceutical industry. With a strong focus on Regulatory Affairs, they work with a variety of products including medical devices, pharma, cosmetics, and food supplements. As a small company, they offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where hierarchy is minimal, allowing you to work closely with the team and be truly independent.
Responsibilities:
– Provide assistance and support to the Regulatory Affairs department
– Prepare, verify, and adapt product information
– Offer scientific support for marketing authorisation dossiers, notifications, and technical dossiers
– Submit registration and notification dossiers to health authorities
– Manage the life cycle of client portfolios, including variations and renewals
– Proofread leaflets and labeling
– Support the evaluation of promotional activities
– Maintain records and files
Requirements:
– Scientific degree in (industrial) pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or equivalent by experience
– Min 1- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar function within the pharmaceutical industry
– Ability to take up RP, QP, or RIP responsibility would be an asset
– Fluent in English and Dutch French would be a bonus
