Regulatory Affairs Manager – Personal Development Plan – Dieren Region

Our client, a dynamic company in the Dieren, NL region, is currently seeking a Regulatory Affairs Team Leader to join their international team. Reporting directly to the Director Regulatory Affairs & Clinical Affairs, you will be responsible for the growth and development of the department, working closely with interface departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and translate them into clear procedures.

As the Team Leader, you will play a vital role in bringing stability to the team while providing mentorship and guidance. Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead the Regulatory Affairs team
– Collaborate with the Director Regulatory Affairs & Clinical Affairs

Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in the medical device industry with people management skills
– Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
– Strong communication skills with the ability to bring stability and provide feedback
– Proactive with a keen sense of initiative
– Willingness to participate in personal development planning
