Make it your story.This position reports toR2R CoE Capability LeadYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be a part of R2R Center of Excellence (CoE), organization consisting of control related roles, as well as, accounting expert roles within R2R processes; primarily role of the CoE is to ensure R2R Controls and Policy adherence for respective R2R areas operated from Global Hub. As R2R Senior Analyst you will perform tasks and activities related to control & validation and act as process expert, in order to deliver target KPIs and relevant reporting and analytics (for respective area of responsibility). The work model for this role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: •Performing daily tasks and activities related to control & validation as well as process expertise •Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met by timely performing tasks for respective area of responsibility •Supporting less experienced team members in their daily activities •Focusing on continuous improvement & performance of processes in a standardized & efficient manner •Acting as control performer for internal controls for respective R2R areas and ensuring that controls are delivered and relevant policies are implemented •Encouraging data driven assessments and proposals to solve complex business problems •Remaining in contact with key business stakeholders with the needs of businesses •Supporting establishment and maintenance of business continuity plan (BCP) for Global R2R operations •Being involved in R2R related projects

Qualifications for the role

• Graduate degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of operational experience
• Knowledge of SOX Controls and End to End R2R process
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on multiple tracks/projects
• Ability to identify root causes of issues and get them solved in a collaborative manner
• Understanding of continues improvement methodology e.g. Lean Six Sigma
