• Responsibilities

• Bioinformatic analysis of the single cell chromatin and multi-ome landscape of normal B cell differentiation and lymphoid neoplasms.

• Required Education Level: PhD degree in computational biology.

• Experience
• o Required qualifications and skills:
• o A broad understanding of genomics, molecular biology, and cancer biology, with
• o particular focus on epigenomics and lymphoid cells (bulk and single cell)
• o Experience required:
• o Experience in computational analysis from single-cell datasets.
• o Strong and documented background in NGS bioinformatics.
• o Ability to develop complex, high quality software in R and Python.
• o Substantial experience in common scripting languages.
• o Ample know-how in building analysis pipelines.
• o Good background in mathematics and biostatistics.
• o Experience in analysing and integrating transcriptional and epigenomic data.
• o (chromatin accessibility, ChIP-seq).

• Knowledge

• o English.
• o Clear motivation and interest to carry out translational research in biomedicine.
• o Enthusiastic and collaborative person.
• o Good planning abilities.
• o Strong teamwork skills.
• o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
