The Job
Are you a mid-level Quantity Surveyor looking for a permanent job in an established and thriving construction business?
Do you have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field?

Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Level) responsible for monitoring and managing costs and budgets of construction projects – ensuring value for money whilst maintaining standards.
Working closely with Project Managers, Contractors and Clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Requirements.

* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* Professional certification such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent is preferred
* Proven experience in quantity surveying or a similar role within the construction industry.
* Experience with construction project management and contract administration.
* Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
* Competence in using computer-aided design (CAD) and project management software.
