Quality System SpecialistWe are searching for an experienced Quality System Specialist at our Venray facility.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:As a Quality System Specialist (1FTE), you will be responsible for managing various systems such as customer audits, internal audits, training, document management and quality management, all according to established procedures. You may also be involved in leading or supporting production sites. In this role, you will be an expert (SME) in quality management.You manage the internal audit system by preparing annual schedules, participating in internal audits and supporting teams in implementing corrective actions. You will also provide training for internal auditors and independently lead client audits, where you will be responsible for the preparation, execution, processing of audit reports and preparation of thorough audit responses.As Quality System Specialist, you will ensure that document management of multiple Oliver production sites is running smoothly using authorized software. You will ensure that only the latest versions are available according to company standards and filed correctly. In addition, you are responsible for implementing corrective and preventive measures based on audit results. In doing so, you issue actions, monitor progress and thoroughly evaluate the effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).You will be responsible for completing customer surveys and issuing various quality reports to keep management informed of important quality issues. In addition, you will play an active role in creating and modifying procedures, work instructions, forms and other documentation required to support the quality management system.You will also provide general support by actively participating in Management Review activities, taking meeting minutes and recording action items. In addition, you will assist at the Venray location with various other tasks in consultation with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all operational aspects run smoothly and meet requirements.At Oliver, we realize that the quality of your work improves when you are happy.   • Education and Experience: You have a bachelor’s degree in business management, quality or similar. In addition, you have a minimum of three years of experience in a quality-related position required. You have knowledge of ISO 13485 and it is a plus if you have ASQ certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Technician.
  • Problem Solving Ability: You have the ability to understand problems and define follow-up steps that lead to effective solutions.
  • Analytical Ability: You have strong analytical skills, including the use of simple and complex quality tools.
  • Communication skills: You have very good oral and written communication skills in the English language and understand customer language. You have the ability to formulate reports, business correspondence and procedures and respond to both internal and external inquiries.
  • Team player: You are able to work effectively with different teams in Venray and Oliver Global to keep systems up to date.
