A leading innovator in system-on-chip (SoC) technology is seeking a Quality Manager to drive a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS)
•Define and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
•Establish quality KPIs and develop effective control strategies
•Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Process Lead
•Support certification and customer audits as needed
•Conduct internal audits and oversee external audit processes
•Provide quality training resources to engineering teams

What You Bring:
6+ years of experience in quality management within a CI/CD software development and/or semiconductor hardware development environment
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience in setting up or maintaining a Quality Management System
Proficiency in LEAN, 8D, and Ishikawa frameworks
Excellent ability to collaborate, negotiate, and engage with key stakeholders to drive quality excellence

Education & Skills:
•Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Applied Science (Physics, Chemistry, or Material Science)
•Fluency in English
•Strong data analysis, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
