Job description
- Leading or participating in Quality projects in BU Frozen.
- Defining Hygienic Design Standards for infrastructure, buildings, lines, equipment, tools and utilities.
- Quality participation for startups of new lines, plants at the design, execution and commissioning phases.
- Establishing standards, procedures in Food Safety and Quality area.
- Implementation of Food Safety and Quality standards & reporting in all existing and new plants.
- Training of Food Safety and Quality standards, procedures and tools in all existing and new plants.
- Supporting the local Quality Departments.
- Hand-over best practices within the company from one site to another.
- Making sure that the group quality standards are assured across the organization

The Quality Project Manager-BU Frozen will be a key stakeholder in achieving a fully integrated Food Safety and Quality Improvement process, and makes sure that our standards and product leadership philosophy is also assured in future growth areas.
- Experience with startups in Food Industry.
- Experience with Hygienic Design in Food Industry.
- Quality Manager in the Food Industry , or master degree in food technology/nutrition/science with several years of experience in Quality Management and Food Safety in the food industry (preferable baking industry).
- Experience in a similar position is welcome.
- Excellent project management and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Analytical, with good computer skills.
- Capability to create commitment to implement best practices.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel (short but frequent trips).
- Fluent in English.
