You have proven experience as a Quality Manager in industry/retail/commercial catering, gained in a demanding environment. You are familiar with the codes of the retail sector. You may also be or be close to becoming a level 2 prevention advisor in Belgium.Description du poste

  • Be the leader of the Benelux quality team,
  • Implement the food safety, hygiene, workers safety and environment tools in accordance with the established HANA GROUP quality policy and the standards developed by the Corporate quality team. Deploy these standards to the network of kiosks in the area concerned: kiosks, central kitchens and food services.
  • Train and support regional directors, area managers and chief trainers in hygiene, food safety, workers safety and the environment.
  • Supervise and support the Quality Assistant in his or her role of providing technical support to the operations teams on hygiene, food safety, workers safety and the environment.
  • Act as the main contact for the quality departments of our retail partners, building a relationship based on trust and continuous improvement.
  • Compile monthly product labelling files based on the standards communicated by the corporate quality department.
  • Participate in the management and coordination of the various services and interventions relating to hygiene, food safety and workers safety in the country: laboratory service provider, pest control, cleaning and disinfection service provider, etc.
  • Be the guarantor of the country’s hygiene and food safety KPIs, report them to the HANA GROUP Corporate Quality Department in accordance with the quality policy and present them to French management.
  • Monitor the management of B-to-B and B-to-C customer complaints on quality, safety and food safety issues.
  • Manage food safety/sanitary alerts and take part in local crisis management.
  • Manage sanitary inspections with the local authorities.
  • Ensure that kiosks are inspected and trained in accordance with the training plan defined by HANA GROUP. Adapt the training materials created by the Corporate Quality Department.
  • Ensure national monitoring of site openings in terms of hygiene and quality.
  • Supervise the updating of regulatory documents relating to staff safety (risk analysis, participation in the CPPT, SIPP manager, annual prevention plan, etc.).

Qualifications

  • You know how to unite field teams around quality issues.
  • You have acquired real expertise in quality management and in mastering quality processes and tools.
  • You are recognized for your actions, adaptability, leadership and thoroughness.
  • You have developed skills in team management and Quality System management.
  • You have both analytical and operational skills.
  • You are structured and enjoy implementing processes and tools and leading work rituals.
  • You have a good level of professional English.
  • You have a good grounding in Dutch.
  • You are familiar with Belgian regulations and the Belgian health authorities (AFSCA). Knowledge of Luxembourg and Dutch legislation is a plus.
  • You are flexible and able to work on several projects in parallel, with back-planning requirements.
