Quality Management System Lead

Location: Kemalpasa, Turkey

Type of contract: Fixed-term contract covering maternity leave

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

-Conducting internal quality, GMP, food safety audits and hosting external audits
-Preparation and monitoring of QMS documents (procedures WI, Records) for the business
-Detecting non-conformances at audits and follow up for corrective actions with related departments and functions
-Member of site crisis team, HACCP, Food Defence and GMP team.
-Following local quality management policies combined by central Technical EZ and Corporate.
-Annual training plan preparation with H&R / Training of factory staff for GMP, allergen management, Hygiene, Security and Food Defence.
-Reviewing all HACCP plans annually or when needed with HACCP teams
-Supports new product launches in terms of spec preparations.
-Seek central support for regulatory needs of new launches for export markets.
-Finished product spec / technical document preparation
-Technically supports account managers (all customers).
-Implements policies set by central Technical EMEA and Corporate
-Site representative for OneQMs
-Tracking Monthly KPI’s (reporting to Central team)
 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

-BSc in Food Science or equivalent such as Food Technology
-Minimum 7 years of experience in the Food Industry
-Native Turkish speaker, fluent English, another European language is a plus
-Solid Food industry experience and product/ingredient knowledge
-Quality management System knowledge
-Audit experience
