Quality Lead (0.4 FTE) – 4 posts

Hours: 14.8 hours per week. Candidates will remain on their current contracted hours; teaching hours will be up to 497 hours per annum.
Contract Type: Fixed term contract (secondment) until 31 July 2024
Salary: Salary Scale Fixed Point 39: £39,669 pro rata per annum

The Quality Leads work closely with the Head of Teaching, Learning and Assessment and their own Heads of School to lead and effectively manage the promotion of the College’s approach to excellence in teaching, learning and assessment within curriculum areas and across the College. You will be instrumental in the development and promotion of an outstanding teaching, learning and assessment pedagogy ensuring all students, employers and stakeholders’ needs are being fully met.
