Quality Intern – Corrections & Removals in Milano, Italy

Location: Milan

Type: 6-months internship (Tirocinio extracurriculare)

Expected Start Date: as soon as possible

As a Quality Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Corrections & Removals team, part of a dynamic and growing European department.

During this 6-month paid internship, your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of Field Safety Notifications to customers and partners.

• Registering customer responses and tracking the progress of correction and removal activities.

• Supporting customer communication and handling other administrative tasks.

• Gaining valuable insight into the operational processes of a Quality Department within a leading healthcare organization.

You’re the right fit if:

• You are a fresh graduate or currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.

• You are passionate about Quality, proactive, flexible, and eager to learn. Being a team player is second nature to you.

• You are fluent in Italian and English. Additional European languages would be a plus.

• You have strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
