Position Overview:
Quality & Food Safety Team ensures together with our system bottling partners and co-manufacturers constantly the supply of products in-line with our high quality and food safety standards.
As part of our tasks, we ensure full compliance with an increasing number of requirements from legislation and/or Norms and Standards, as well as constantly enhanced TCCC internal guidelines, requirements and QFS programs.
To further develop the QFS governance and digitalization we initiated an improvement project looking for support of an intern.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Support Quality and Food Safety governance improvement together with the OU QFS team. Address and eliminate all existing and potential gaps in the spirit of continuous improvement.

Drive the implementation of the updated EU OU co-manufacturer management requirement and system. Support co-manufacturers, bottlers, EBS and QFS team during the transition to the new SharePoint (SP) solution.

Support SWOT analysis of established QFS governance model, identify gaps and implement corrective measures to ensure compliance.
Education Requirements:
Undergraduates in their last 2 years or recently graduated from Food Chemistry, Food Science and Biotechnology or equivalent. Related Work Experience: Preferably having first experiences in Quality and Food Safety Management. Functional Skills:

Familiarity with MS Tools (integration of SharePoint with Outlook and OneDrive).

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to extract and present in concise way technical information specifical to digitization solutions

Due to international team, excellent command of both spoken and written English are a must.
