Want to join the ride?We are currently looking for aSupplier Project Quality Expert.The position is a full-time permanent role, based in Sugères, France. You will work within a dynamic team, closely collaborating with technical, operational, procurement, and sales departments, as well as our suppliers, to contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our quality requirements.What will you be doing?You will be responsible for inspections at our nuclear and military suppliers. You will work closely with our suppliers to develop the technical and quality aspects. This role requires a high level of autonomy. In addition to the main team, you will collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and procurement departments.As a Supplier Quality Expert, your responsibilities will focus on:
- Receiving parts at the supplier
- Creating inspection reports
- Inspecting spare parts for UD – Z40 – V8X engines
- Managing inspection schedules in collaboration with relevant suppliers and clients
- Implementing necessary steps for inspections (relations with client inspection authorities)
- Establishing action plans for supplier development and resolving non-quality issues
- Creating modification sheets in case of obsolescence
- Opening and monitoring notifications
The tasks are carried out in accordance with applicable rules in terms of Quality, Health and Safety, and Environment, in line with Wärtsilä’s commitment. Travel is expected to be up to 80%.To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- Degree + 2 years
- 3 to 5 years of experience in:
- Technical knowledge of rotating machinery, mechanics, and engines
- Supplier inspection
- Native French language, professional proficiency in English
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Intermediate SAP skills
Furthermore, you will excel in this role when you have:

Nous recherchons maintenant unExpert qualité fournisseurs H/FLe poste est CDI et temps plein, basé à Sugères, France. Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe dynamique et en étroite collaboration avec les services techniques, opérationnels, des achats et des ventes, ainsi qu’avec nos fournisseurs pour participer à l’évolution et au maintien de nos exigences qualité.Qu’est-ce que tu vas faire?Vous aurez la charge des inspections chez nos fournisseurs nucléaires et militaires. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos fournisseurs pour développer la partie technique et qualité. C’est un rôle qui demande beaucoup d’autonomie.
En plus de l’équipe principale, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les services commerciaux, techniques et achats.En tant qu’expert qualité fournisseurs, votre travail se concentrera sur ces responsabilités :
- Réception des pièces chez le fournisseur
- Création de rapports d’inspection
- Inspection des pièces de reprise pour moteurs UD – Z40 – V8X
- Gestion des plannings prévisionnels d’inspection en lien avec les fournisseurs et clients concernés
- Mise en place des démarches nécessaires aux contrôles (relations avec les instances de contrôle du client)
- Mise en place de plans d’actions pour le développement des fournisseurs et résolution des problèmes de non-qualité.
- Création de fiches de modifications en cas d’obsolescence
- Ouverture et suivi des notifications
Les missions sont réalisées dans le respect des règles applicables en matière de Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement, conformément à l’engagement de Wärtsilä.Des déplacements sont à prévoir à hauteur de 80%.Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous que vous ayez :
- Diplômes + 2 ans
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans :
- Connaissance technique des machines tournantes, de la mécanique et des moteurs
- Inspection du fournisseur
- Langue maternelle française, maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais
- Pack Office intermédiaire
- SAP intermédiaire
