The position
As Quality Coordinator, you will join a dedicated team of 15 professionals delivering GMP support to the department Global Inbound Warehouse. Together, we ensure that all processes adhere to the highest regulatory standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:

-Driving all quality-related activities within the department, with a focus on maintaining high GMP standards thus ensuring compliance
-Leading both operational and strategic quality improvement projects within the department.

-Preparing for audits, and proactively enhancing overall inspection readiness.
style=”margin-bottom:3.0px”-
-Identify and address quality risks and eliminate potential compliance issues.
-Support the handling of deviations and change requests and identify mitigating initiatives.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

-An academic background, combined with several years of hands – on GMP experience.
-Comprehensive experience in handling deviations and change requests.

-A proven ability to work successfully with a wide scope of stakeholders – from frontline personnel to management.
-Experience with guiding and supporting employees for inspections will be considered an advantage.
-Full working proficiency in Danish as well verbal and written English.

Global Inbound Warehouse, from where we supply all Novo Nordisk production sites, both internal and external, with all raw materials required to produce life-changing medicine, while we monitor that all handling and every process, is in strict accordance with all relevant regulations and practices.
