Quality Control Specialist – Leader in AgroScience

Location: Utrecht – Hybrid 3 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee quality control processes and ensure alignment with industry standards.
* Handle non-conformance issues, coordinating resolutions with internal and external teams.
* Maintain and organize quality documentation according to regulations.
* Develop sustainable reworking strategies for non-compliant products.
* Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure quality consistency.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in agriculture, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
* Strong critical thinking skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
* Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
* Early career experience in a regulated industry (agrochemical, pharmaceutical, etc.).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
