Adecco LifeScience, a specialized division of The Adecco Group, is looking for a specialized company specializing in the production of medical devices, aQuality Control Manager medical devices business unitPosition duties and responsibilities :
– Coordinating and Providing guidance to quality control technicians ;
– Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effectual quality control
processes ;
– Overseeing product development procedures (from a quality control point of view) to identify any
deviations from quality standards
– Coordinating the inspections final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products
– Conducting quality audits to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to k eeping accurate
documentation and performing statistical analysis
– Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher quality goods
– Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external
auditors and inspectors
– Training quality assurance personnel for building a strong working teamJob profile Education Requirements
– Proven 5 years of experience as a quality manager
– A results driven approach and a keen eye for detail
– Excellent organizational and leadership skills
– In depth knowledge of relevant legal standards and quality control procedures
– Good technical and IT skills
– Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
