Furthermore you support the Quality Team at BMC BV in the implementation and maintenance of effective policies, procedures, operation practices and processes in order to ensure sustainable quality of all operations and products. You lead the monitoring that all quality related issues have been addressed on a risk based approach, and measure the effectiveness of actions plan (as applicable) for Radiology Post-Production activities (EMEA, APAC, & LATAM) according to company policies and international regulations.Responsibilities and goals you’ll own:

• Manage timelines with action owners for several actions plans (Deviations/CAPA/VoEs/Ext.Doc) and quality project plans to monitor and control the timely execution.
• Responsible to execute and follow up of the non-conformance material reports and product disposition. (example: complaints, retains samples, others related)
• Perform ad hoc visits to Regional Distribution Center to support any product related issues, inspections or GxP training when needed, when needed.
• Focus on data accuracy and integrity to support quality related activities (example: inspections records)
• Responsible to coordinate shipments with the support of the Supply Chain team of material related to complaints towards the Legal Manufacturer.

Apart from that you are also in contact with our legal Manufacturers (Example: Bayer HealthCare LLC & Imaxeon) and our Distribution centers located in Netherlands and Singapore.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint required
• Proficiency in documentation management required.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Quality, Projects Administration or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and prioritize accordingly.
• Enjoys working in a multicultural environment
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Effective written, listening, and verbal communication skills (English required).

functie inhoud in het kort:
tijdelijke vacature voor 6 maanden (evt verlenging tot einde jaar maar niet langer)
in de functie bewaak je met name de kwaliteit van de injectors (of onderdelen hiervan). In het logistiek process, ben je de kwaliteitsbewaker. Je zal voornamelijk met de DC’s schakelen en zal ingezet worden zodra het onderzoek (vd schade) is afgerond.
aan de hand van fotos zal je bepalen welke schades er zijn en documenteer je dat in het systeem middels een formulier.
ook zal je supporten op mini projecten zoals Deviations/CAPA/VoEs/Ext.Doc.salaris: 16,25 – 20,30 pu
