Apply today!Job Description:NIBC is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join the QA team. In this role you work together with your IT and non-IT colleagues towards your goal: achieving the right quality of our IT products and services according to the requirements. The QA team continually develops and implements best practices to maintain the best quality in the software delivery process. As a QA Specialist, you set an example for everyone regarding quality and accountability. Are you great at making, checking and improving QA standards? Then we are looking for you!What will you do?You help set up test plans, coordinate tests, review test reports and provide release advice based on results while supporting NIBC’s delivery teams in following our quality processes.You develop, design and deliver targeted quality and test training to IT teams and business professionals.You are heavily involved in maturing NIBC’s quality and test tooling, including test management, test data management and test automation tools.You advise and support teams in implementing the new test automation plans at NIBC.You plan and manage the Quality Management team’s backlog.You help maintain and update the Quality Management team’s documentation and templates to remain compliant with changing regulatory requirements.Your teamYou will join the Quality Assurance team within the IRSQ (Identity & access management, Risk & Security and Quality management) domain. We divide the various tasks within this team, but we also aim for the ability to cover for each other when necessary. We are looking for a result-driven person who can handle a versatile role and be a good addition to this team. Since we don’t have a large IT department, we need a colleague with a pragmatic approach to Quality Assurance to best fit the team. With your curiosity, you dive into various aspects of IT, in general, and specifically in quality. You are comfortable in a coordinating role for testing in strategic projects and are willing to operate as a “Scrum master light” for the Quality expertise team. To be successful in this role we believe you will need:3-5 years experience in either IT quality or testing;Knowledge of JIRA and Cloud (Azure);Experience with test management tooling (such as Azure Test Plan);Experience in SCRUM / Agile / DevOps;Strong communication skills in English;Affinity or experience with Power BI, Test Automation and Test Data Management;Any programming experience is desirable;Experience in the financial sector is desirable.Still intrigued?Click the apply button now!
