The position
As QA Professional, you will together with dedicated colleagues, be responsible for Quality Assurance of processes related to IT, Inbound supply, QC, warehouse and QA.
The tasks are diverse as we have a lot of exciting projects in Novo Nordisk. This gives us a variety of challenges, and strong collaboration with all stakeholders is an essential key to success.
Your key activities include:

-QA approval of Deviations, Laboratory Investigations, Change requests as well as QMS documentation.
-Quality assurance of validation and qualification of equipment and IT systems.
-Participating in various process groups and/or Process Responsible QA for assigned processes in the process landscape. 
-QA oversight activities. Responsible for performing QA oversight in the different departments in Line of Business.
-Participate in project related to optimization and standardization of QA processes.
-You will be working closely with colleagues in quality control, purchasing/logistics, warehouse, consuming departments.
-Participating in inspections and audits – ensuring compliance to GMP and other regulations.
 

The role is currently located in Bagsværd, but please note that our department will be relocating to new office buildings in Taastrup by the beginning of 2026.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:

-Hold a master’s degree within pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or a related field.
-Demonstrate hands-on QA experience from either the pharmaceutical or food production industry, ideally in a project environment.
-Showcase a strong quality mindset, along with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
-Display fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English.
-It would be considered as a strong advantage if you have experience in participation in audit/ handling of audits, and knowledge of chemistry, microbiology, materials, or relevant production processes.
 

On a personal level, you are known for your energetic and positive mindset, flexibility, and persistence. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, where you confidently make clear decisions and take ownership of requirements, even when faced with complexities or situations when the solution is not immediately clear. Your independence and proactive approach allow you to seamlessly engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
 
About the department
Sourcing QA is responsible for Quality Assurance of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials going into all of Novo Nordisk’s marketed products. We are responsible for Quality Assurance of our suppliers who are located all over the world. Ensuring a high standard of incoming materials and involvement in investigations into quality issues using LEAN tools is part of our daily work.
In total, we are 75 dedicated employees divided into 6 teams working closely together. We collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and global suppliers.
